JUSTICE - OR JUST US

"Where justice is denied, where poverty is enforced, where ignorance prevails, and where any one class is made to feel that society is an organized conspiracy to oppress, rob and degrade them, neither persons nor property will be safe" - Frederick Douglass

Justice is the birth right of every human being recognised by the Constitution and for that reason, Justice is a prerequisite to life. Justice should have on one side of the scale the weight of facts and on the other side, actions in accord with those facts. Justice is elusive for many in our world, and especially those with no means to access legal services. The Justice - or just us program seeks to speak for and stand with the vulnerable, helping them attain to the quality of life everyone deserves through educating, equipping and empowering the communities on how to access justice. This is done through research and advocacy initiative designed to promote demand deterrence through increased attention and advocacy on the protection and enforcement of rights.
